This comprehensive guide to all individual and team champions and all other award winners since the commencement of the Association has been prepared after many hours of painstaking research by Reg Boone and Aubrey Hughes. Their original text was converted into a Word document by Mike Aistrop, which facilitated the lengthy process of proof reading. The whole project has taken over three years and was brought to completion by John Birkin. We have tried to give the names of all clubs and players accurately, including Christian names, but would be grateful to receive any further additions or corrections.
